I have run full-stack GTM teams for the past 30 years — sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships, and revenue operations. I've built teams from zero to 200+ across North America, Europe, and Asia, and I've done it across both PLG and enterprise motions.
I've operated at large, public companies (eBay, Adobe, Bazaarvoice), helped startups grow into public companies (Shopping.com, PubMatic), and been in the basement or garage of early-stage startups that have gone on to be successful (Polyvore, OneSignal). I've been the first sales leader at four companies, and I started my career in marketing IC roles.
More recently, I've gone deep on AI-native GTM — designing agentic workflows for inbound qualification, customer enablement, and usage-based outreach that reduce manual work and improve conversion quality. I believe the next revenue leaders won't just manage teams. They'll architect systems where humans and AI work in parallel.
