Everything you need to know about how a GTMVelocity engagement works — before the first conversation.

We'd tell you to do both.

With GTMVelocity, for a small total investment and no permanent cost, you get a full review of your GTM motion, clarity on your customer, and guaranteed improvements to your revenue engine — delivered in 90 to 180 days.

You also need a full-time resource to own and continually improve the Acceleration portion after we exit. GTMVelocity gets the foundation right so that person has something durable and proven to build on — not a blank slate.

The ROI is strong. Visit our pricing page to evaluate approximate impact for your business.

A simple way to frame it: how much is it worth to close two or three additional deals this year with the same resources you already have? Precision ICP, a shared methodology, and AI-powered execution compound well beyond that baseline.

Two things give us confidence here. First, we are certified by Anthropic — the team behind Claude — and work with their platform daily across every phase of our engagements.

Second, we are part of Pavilion — the deepest B2B GTM operator network in the world — with access to a broad bench of experts across sales, marketing, and revenue operations.

Schedule time with us to discuss your specific situation. We'll tell you exactly where AI will move the needle and where it won't.

No — GTMVelocity engagements are not full-time, and we don't embed as on-site employees. We deliberately limit ourselves to two or three active engagements at a time so every client receives focused, high-quality delivery.

That said, some portions of the work will be conducted in person — particularly during Phase 1 (Intelligence) and the Architecture work in Phase 2 — where deep collaboration with your team produces the most accurate, durable outputs.

We never dictate specific tools. GTMVelocity works within your existing stack.

We are strong advocates and daily users of Claude (Anthropic) and use it extensively across Phases 1 and 2 for customer analysis, synthesis, agent design, and content development. You're welcome to use it too — but there is no required tool adoption during or after the engagement. Our goal is to leave your team self-sufficient and empowered, not dependent on any external vendor — including us.

Access depth directly determines outcome quality. To do our best work, we need:

1. Every pre- and post-sales call recording (video or audio) — this is the raw signal we use to build a precise picture of who actually buys, what pain is resolved, and what business impact is created.

2. CRM access — to understand pipeline health, historical deal patterns, conversion rates, and where revenue is stalling.

3. Time with your field team — structured interviews across sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership.

Ideally, you provision us an internal email address and systems access for the duration of the engagement. The more signal we have, the more precise and durable the revenue infrastructure we build together.

Not a dealbreaker — but it's something we plan around carefully.

For the engagement to stick, we need an operationally minded GTM resource on your internal team who can support the work during the engagement and own the agentic processes after we hand off.

If hiring for this role is part of your need, we're happy to be part of that process — defining the profile, sitting in on interviews, or helping evaluate candidates. The handoff only succeeds if someone on your side is built to run what we build together.

You own your GTM strategy — full stop.

Our role is to bring recommendations and frameworks grounded in what the Intelligence phase surfaces from your actual customer data. We expect alignment conversations, and if you want to take the methodology in a different direction, we adapt.

We will not roll out a framework your team hasn't bought into. The Architecture phase is collaborative by design: we present, you shape, we finalize together. Our job is to provide the best possible recommendation — then support the instrumentation of whatever you decide to deploy.

Ultimately, that decision belongs to you. Here's what we believe:

Sustained revenue engines are built on four things: clarity of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), precision in buyer and user persona, a shared methodology every rep can run — not just your best performers — and a fully designed customer lifecycle from acquisition through expansion and renewal.

Traditional consultants hand you a 100-slide deck and wish you luck. Fractional executives maintain the status quo and rarely exit. We install the infrastructure, prove it runs, and hand it off so your team owns it — in 90 to 180 days.

If that model fits what you're trying to build, let's talk.
